Before we wrap up this gorgeous Monday,  we are going to continue the beauty of Brandon Wong Photography with this Detroit Valima.  Set on the outdoor deck at Rooster Tail, this reception used simple florals, loads of candles, and a too pretty to almost eat wedding cake to create the warm, celebratory ambiance.  Charming, sweet, and lovable…. just the kinda reception we love around here!

My absolute favorite part about these wedding photographs by Brandon Wong Photography,  are the “shots in between.”  It’s the moment that happens right before the kiss or the moment right after. A laugh of sheer joy by a bride, a groom shedding a tear, or a twinkle in a best friend’s eye, there is something magical about that shot in between.  And, when you have wedding jewelry like this kundan necklace, it’s impossible to not have your heart going pitter patter.

Film-y Friday Kickoff with Shaadi Story

Happy Friday Maharanis!  And, you know what means, yep….Film-y Friday is here.  I have a fun filled weekend planned, with a little work, a little play, and the highlight is going to be going to see “Bridesmaids” this Sunday with some girlies.  Well, after seeing this hilarious video by Shaadi Story, I am even more excited to giggle at the movie.  It’s a fun little comedy, that every single Maharani will get a kick out of.  In Shaadi Story’s signature way, you get to know the couple’s personality and have a little fun at the same time. So, shut your office door because you are going to laugh so much your tummy will hurt!
